Safely maintained and minimised disruption to the movement of more than 450,000 vehicles per day across 60 km of major urban freeway, arterial and local road networks.

Worked collaboratively with key stakeholders including the Department of Transport and Planning, five local councils, the Port of Melbourne Corporation and Marvel Stadium. 

Facilitated safe access to the road network for construction delivery by planning, designing, implementing and maintaining thousands of long- and short-term traffic management events over the seven-year project, including a five-day full closure of the West Gate Freeway. 

Developed clear and concise presentations for client, Executive and Ministerial briefings on major project delivery, construction and traffic management requirements.
