Regional Rail Link Package C involved early works design for the Albion Junction alterations, major station upgrades, construction of new rail tracks and two grade separations between Footscray and Deer Park.
Key Role & Deliverables

  • Managed the interface between the public road network and construction activities from Footscray to Deer Park. 


  • Established and led the traffic team responsible for ensuring traffic management planning, design and implementation was safe, practical and within budget while minimising delays and enabling construction. 


  • Developed and maintained strong stakeholder relationships to achieve timely approvals and meet project delivery milestones.
